Sons of the Forest: game only appears 2022, new screenshots for consolation

The Survival Horror is a kind of video game, sub-genre of the action-adventure game, inspired by horror fictions. Although struggling aspects can be present in this type of game, the gameplay usually does so that the player does not feel as powerful as it would typically be in a game of action, limiting for example the amount of ammunition, energy or speed. The player sometimes needs to get some objects to access a passage to a new area, and solve puzzles at times. Games use horror themes, and the player is often confronted with obscure environments and enemies that can arise from nowhere.

The term survival horror is used the first time for the Japanese exit of Resident Evil in 1996, which is influenced by horror games previously released, such as Sweet Home released in 1989 or Alone in the Dark released in 1992 which is considered like the father of the modern survival-horror. The term is used to define games with the same elements, and is applied to previous games, going to define Hauntled House released in 1982 as a survival Horror. As of 2005, with the exit of Resident Evil 4, the genre started to introduce more action game characteristics, which led the journalists [Ref. Endnight Games announced today that the Survival Horror Game Sons of the Forest no longer appears this year. The developer hoped the game to be able to publish this year. But you need more time.
