How to solve the deathloop data cassette puzzle
The solution to Charlie's Machine depends on finding four pictographs (calls fractured art) scattered by the underground fortress of FIA, which can be found at FRISTAD ROCK. You must visit her at noon while she is there. When you have the four, you should return to the Charlie machine and look at the plane on the right side of the console to align which frames match the cassette number.
You will see the four pictograms you found, locked in an orange circle. There will also be small arrows that point to specific tapes in each of the shots. From there, all you need to do is open your LEADS» screen, find the first pictogram and move the cursor over it to see what it is. Once you have this, touch the corresponding cassette on the Charlie machine.
Continue with this for each of the other three cassettes in the order shown in the plane. Enter the four correctly and unlock the door behind the Charlie machine, which will give you access to the rest of the level.
