BFB literally means Big Friggin '(F *** in') BAT. It is the name of a body-like gun that is, in fact, a big baseball bat.

The weapon is extremely powerful in the game, hence its nickname. It is considered a single-shot weapon that can knock down the opponents with a single blow of 150 points. It does not have the ability to shoot at the head, so a multiplier is not available or, in reality, it is not necessary when this weapon is used.
