The composer of RuneScape, Ian Taylor, imprisoned for sexually assaulting a girl under 13

Ian Taylor, who composed some of Runescape's most iconic tracks, has been imprisoned for a year and ten months.

Ian Taylor, the composer of more than 500 classic Runescape clues, including Sea Shanty 2, has been imprisoned by the sexual assault of a girl under 13 years of age. The 53-year-old man admitted the crime that took place last December, and was sentenced yesterday to a year and ten months in prison.

The Official Podcast #168: 6 Years in Prison for Runescape Taylor jumped the girl in the first hours of December 21, and the abuse came to light when the girl entrusted it to a family member. Local reports describe Taylor as seemingly repentant, since he confessed to the police after his arrest, saying that he was drunk and depressed at that moment. According to reports, he said that his actions were inappropriate.
